His clients include health systems, academic medical centers, managed care plans, and healthcare start-ups. He successfully recruits executive leaders for roles across the healthcare industry, including finance, operations, information technology and management.<\/p>\n<p>Using high-touch, relationship-based approach, Peter\u2019s clients rely on him to help them across a range of talent needs, from recruiting new executive and emerging leadership to developing high-potential executives. Prior to joining DHR, Peter co-founded Westmont Search, a boutique search firm focused on healthcare executive search. Westmont became part of DHR Global in 2022. Previously, Peter led a healthcare information technology consulting firm for seven years.<\/p>\n<p>With experience in diverse fields including healthcare, consumer products, energy, and technology, Peter quickly understands his clients\u2019 unique business needs and unique environments.
