With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare executive roles, Wendy understands how having the right leadership helps organizations adapt to meet the industry\u2019s ever-changing demands. She recruits for leadership positions across the industry, including finance, operations, information technology and management.<\/p>\n<p>Wendy has the deep industry knowledge and experience needed to solve any hiring challenge and a track record of success, with more than 70% of her searches coming from existing relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Wendy co-founded Westmont Search, a boutique search firm focused on healthcare executive search. Westmont became part of DHR Global in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>In service to her community, Wendy is currently on the board of the Human Relations Committee of Haddonfield, New Jersey.
