One of DHR\u2019s top performing consultants, Kristi has also been recognized by the Business Journal as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women Industry Leaders and has received numerous awards for excellence in executive search throughout her career.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Kristi served as Managing Partner, Global Consumer, Retail &amp; Hospitality for another global retained executive search firm, also serving as a member of that firm\u2019s Global Operating Committee. Previously, Kristi spent nine years at a leading global executive search firm where she was a Senior Partner. During her tenure there, Kristi received both of the firm\u2019s most prestigious global performance awards.<\/p>\n<p>Kristi graduated with honors from Syracuse University\u2019s highly acclaimed S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
