Her expertise extends globally, having conducted significant placements worldwide. Gerlinde has successfully placed numerous C-level executives in roles such as CEO, General Manager, Board Member, and leaders in operations, sales &amp; marketing, R&amp;D, and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining DHR, Gerlinde worked for Neumann &amp; Partners, where she primarily handled assignments for privately held and family-owned companies. She also spent two years at the Asia Pacific Competence Center in Cologne, specializing in APAC region searches. Her extensive experience includes working for executive search firms across Switzerland, Austria, and CEE, where she held a regional director role with full P&amp;L responsibility for six offices.<\/p>\n<p>Gerlinde holds a master\u2019s degree in international business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a doctorate in economic sciences.
