His placements span across senior functions for leading international public and private Real Estate allocators and operators. Vince offers unique insight into his client\u2019s leadership needs and strategic business dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, he has developed expertise as a Senior Executive in strategic planning, team building, fundraising, investing and nurturing long-term relationships. He has a deep understanding of target talent profiles for key senior professional roles and an impressively broad network in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Vince was a Partner of a global real estate investment management firm that raised and managed commercial and residential real estate funds. There he created investment strategies and performed fundraising, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and asset management responsibilities. Prior experience included general partner positions for real estate funds with Global Investment Management and Banking firms.
