In his last role, he was a key member of the Global Consumer Markets Practice at a leading global executive search firm. As a trained assessor of leaders, he combines technology-driven, cutting-edge psychometrics data with his deep insights to help clients address the core issues for future leaders: how they will lead, and how they will align culturally.<\/p>\n<p>Before moving to consulting, Vikram was a Senior Editor with Business Today, where he wrote extensively on the technology, telecommunications and automotive sectors. He was awarded for his investigative reporting on the telecommunications industry in the mid-1990s when the sector was being deregulated in India.<\/p>\n<p>Vikram graduated with a degree in computer science from St. Stephen\u2019s College, University of Delhi, and has an advanced executive accreditation from Harvard Business School, Cambridge.
