Clients in industrial, life sciences and consumer value his expertise in identifying, assessing and hiring executive talent across a range of functions, including C-suite, sales &amp; marketing and manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n<p>Johannes was Executive Vice President at DHR from 2009\u20132015, where he developed DHR\u2019s presence in Europe, working across regions to establish global accounts. Over the course of his 25-year career, he has held leadership positions with top international executive search firms and boutique consulting firms. He began his professional career as a scientist working on organizational psychology research projects for the German government.<\/p>\n<p>Johannes holds a master\u2019s degree in social psychology and statistics from the University of Frankfurt.
