Prior to that, he served as Partner in charge of the Beijing office at a multinational executive search firm.<\/p>\n<p>Jian started his career at China Hewlett Packard, and later worked as a Partner at both Accenture in Beijing and Deloitte Consulting in Shanghai. He fully understands the complexity of the Chinese marketplace. He leveraged global best practices to provide practical solutions to clients.
