In addition to successfully completing search assignments regionally and globally, she has conducted global succession planning analysis for top emerging companies, covering business operations in South America, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Caroline\u2019s professional career was in human resources. She has delivered top executive talent to search clients and with her consultative approach and extensive HR background, has assisted clients in building successful teams.
