She has recruited across industries and functions identifying boards, C-suite and senior-level decision makers with an emphasis on building diverse leadership. She is on DHR\u2019s North American Marketing Committee, Head of the Global Financial Services\/Fintech Practice and a leading member of both the CEO\/Board and Technology Practices.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, she was Managing Director and Owner at a leading executive search firm where she led the Global Financial Services Practice and spearheaded the firm\u2019s global fintech subsector. Jeanne started her career establishing her own New York-based executive search firm, which she successfully ran for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Jeanne has been named one of the World\u2019s Top 50 Most Influential Headhunters by BusinessWeek. She was featured as a panelist at the Bloomberg Markets Most Influential Summit and a recipient of the College of Education Award by the University of Maryland Alumni Association.
