Prior to joining DHR, he was Vice General Manager at Mangayao Consulting Co., Ltd. He led a team to serve multinational companies specializing in semiconductor, information technology, telecommunication and electronics manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Charlie was Director of Amrop Hever Taiwan, serving clients in the firm&#8217;s Technology practice. He supported business operations and search execution in China and Taiwan. Before that, Charlie started his search career at a Taiwan-based firm. Over the course of several years, he filled a variety of engineering and management positions for global leaders in the electronic design automation, chip design &amp; manufacturing, consumer electronics and telecommunication industries.
