Previously, he spent 17 years building one of the country\u2019s leading executive search boutiques as the Founder and CEO. Based in Chicago, he specialized in recruiting CFOs and CIOs and serving middle market companies and private equity investors, completing over 300 searches while achieving a 95% completion rate and a 98% stick rate.<\/p>\n<p>Rob completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Illinois.
