He was previously a Managing Partner with a global leadership advisory firm focusing on senior-level advisory assignments in the Middle East. His experience in building Boards and leadership teams spans the financial services, private equity, sovereign wealth funds and advanced technology sectors. He is a Founder and former Governor of the GCC Board of Directors Institute aimed at raising the corporate governance bar in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his career in executive search, Ayman worked as a Consultant for Accenture and a Partner for PwC in Europe and the Middle East. He was the CEO of a holding group with assets in the consumer and real estate industries, helping it expand its core business, diversify its portfolio of assets and implement best practices at the holding level.<\/p>\n<p>Ayman is a board member of several businesses and associations. He holds a Master of Business Administration with high honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a master\u2019s degree with high distinction in computer engineering from the Universit\u00e9 de Technologie de Compi\u00e8gne in France.
