Her clients trust her to find top creative talent and counsel best-in-class executives who bring diversity of thought, experience and expertise to their roles. She is a trusted and sought-after partner, counseling her clients not only on their executive search needs, but all levels of talent strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Susan co-founded her own executive search firm alongside Managing Partner Tricia Logan. Together, they ran a successful boutique consultancy supporting brands in the fashion industry for close to a decade. Earlier in her career, she created and led the in-house executive recruitment office for the Gap, Inc. family of brands where she hired and counseled creative talent for merchandising, design and marketing leadership teams.
