Her success is founded on her ability to understand the company\u2019s strategic direction, her skill in assessing the cultural fit of the candidates and her dedication to quality and timeliness.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her career in executive search, Naomi worked with a member of the House of Representatives in Japan, where she was responsible for researching and advising on a wide range of policies. In this capacity, she developed an ability to assess leadership qualities and cultivated her research and analytical skills. She started her career at global hospitality companies with a focus on sales and marketing, which nurtured her ability to manage the launch of new products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Naomi has been featured at client seminars and led workshops on professional women in the workplace and how to achieve a successful work-life balance.
