She has led executive search engagements across the C-suite and conducted multiple leadership succession projects. <\/p>\n<p>Tricia specializes in helping companies hire leaders who build brands and drive revenue growth. With an expertise spanning general management, marketing, merchandising and design, she brings a creative approach to every search. She is an industry expert with a passion for innovation and diversity of thought. Her in-depth market knowledge and long-term candidate relationships have made her a trusted advisor, supporting clients on talent and organizational issues and building pipelines of future talent.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Tricia\u2019s entrepreneurial spirit propelled her to launch a proprietary search firm, followed by a partnership and the subsequent creation of her own boutique consultancy for the fashion industry.
