In addition to traditional recruitment and assessment expertise, he has helped clients lift out investment teams, acquire new distribution capabilities and enter new markets.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Jim was a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of a leading, global retained executive search firm overseeing recruitment projects for long-only and alternative asset managers.<\/p>\n<p>Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Augustana College, Rock Island, Ill.
