Her career included consulting (Bain &amp; Company and Kearney) as well as business management, operations, engineering and commercial roles (BP and Honeywell).\u00a0 Prior to DHR, Lisa was a Senior Partner at a global executive search firm where she initiated, built and led the Global Sustainability Practice and the Global Agribusiness Practice.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago\u2019s Booth School of Management and her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. Lisa has been honored by The White House as \u201ca Champion of Change for her outstanding leadership in entrepreneurial mentoring, counseling, and training.\u201d She serves on the board of RTM Engineering Consultants as well as the following nonprofit boards: Co-Chair of the Cornell University Engineering College Council, and the Women\u2019s Board of the University of Chicago.\u00a0 She previously served in an advisory role for the Clean Energy Trust and on the Boards of the University of Chicago Laboratory School, and the University of Chicago Medicine Kovler Diabetes
