He also partners with other consultants working with nonprofit organizations and with colleges and universities. He brings a distinctive approach, recognizing search consultants\u2019 impact on organizations, and works tenaciously to ensure a great outcome and experience for all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Dan joined DHR in 2006. He was principal of his own firm and worked with other national search firms.
