His search practice includes the healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, software and renewable energy industries, among others. Prior to joining DHR, he had a 14-year career in human resources including experience with Sundstrand Corporation, a Fortune 500 aerospace and industrial products manufacturer, and Founders Asset Management, a financial services firm featuring no-load mutual funds.<\/p>\n<p>Martin has served on the board of executive advisors for Northern Illinois University, College of Business and the board of directors for the Denver Scholarship Foundation. He was inducted to the Rock Valley College Hall of Fame and is a founding member of Social Venture Partners and the Denver Association of Professional Services.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his charity work and many honors, he has served as an adjunct professor for management-related subjects and was a licensed representative of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
