He joined the firm as an Associate Partner in 2019 and became Partner in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>With extensive experience working with family-owned and privately held enterprises as well as publicly listed enterprises, Tobias understands the cultural and industry dynamics that shape executive leadership needs. His expertise spans general management, sales, technical, supply chain, and finance roles. In addition to his industrial work, he\u2019s successfully partnered with national and international clients in the life sciences sector, particularly in medical technology and pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining DHR, Tobias was a Director at an international boutique and a U.S.-owned global executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he held a managerial role at a British government agency that focused on international trade and investment, supporting global business expansion efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Tobias earned a master\u2019s degree in international relations from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, U.K., and a bachelor\u2019s degree in European studies. In addition, he studied law in Germany.
