She has successfully conducted change management interventions spanning the top tier of leadership and helped to cascade these across the organization. Nina has proven expertise creating innovative behavioral-based development initiatives for leaders and assessment projects evaluating executives\u2019 behavior to increase motivation and engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Nina launched a boutique leadership consulting firm, and prior to that was a Senior Partner, Leadership Consulting at two leading global search firms. Previously, she worked in the quality space instituting process-centric approaches using models like People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM\u00ae) before transitioning to the behavioral side of leadership and personal effectiveness with Dale Carnegie.<\/p>\n<p>Nina delivers thought-provoking ideas in leadership across many organizational and academic forums. She serves on the HR committee of India\u2019s apex industry forum-CII (Confederation of Indian Industries). She also serves as an Independent Director on the listed boards of Oriental Hotels Limited and Dwarikesh Sugar Industries.
