While at a Top 5 global consulting firm, he was a founding member of the CEO Succession and Assessment Practice, where he executed a multitude of assignments assessing and placing CEOs, board directors and C-suite executives for both private equity and public company clients.<\/p>\n<p>Justin is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller <i>Executive Intelligence <\/i>which has been published in 26 languages.\u00a0 He is also author of <i>Better Under Pressure <\/i>published by the Harvard Business Review. He has authored numerous publications for Harvard Business Review and been featured in an article by Malcolm Gladwell.<\/p>\n<p>Justin graduated with honors from Haverford College and received an M.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
