He brings extensive expertise in placing leaders in a variety of industries, including private equity, industrial, business services, and consumer services. Tristan has experience placing C-suite executive positions, with a focus on Chief Financial Officers and emerging leaders in the finance function.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining DHR more than 10 years ago, Tristan\u2019s executive search expertise and proven success in the firm have led to several promotions. Starting as a Research Associate, he quickly rose through the ranks to Director, Talent Acquisition to Senior Associate to Director with a specialization in the Private Equity Practice.
