Additionally, John founded a global human resources consulting firm. Leading the firm for more than a decade, he specialized in designing and delivering comprehensive leadership development programs, recognized by Catalyst and Boston Globe as best-in-class development for women.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in his career, John served in several CHRO and senior human resource roles, with companies such as PepsiCo, Mattel, The Gap, DaVita, Medco Health and Cigna. John holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master\u2019s degree in marketing and international business from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.<\/p>\n<p>Active in his community, John served on several non-profit boards such as the American Diabetes Association of South Florida, the Board of Trustees of Renbrook School in West Hartford, CT, and was Vice Chair of AYSO, Region 1258. He taught \u201cManaging Strategy in Healthcare\u201d, an MBA course at Northeastern University, and was a panelist for the Global STEM Talent Summit in Washington DC. John is an avid golfer, hiker, soccer coach, and wine collector.
