Before becoming an executive search professional, he served as a strategy consultant for a global strategy firm in Seoul, where he covered all leading Korean industries, including consumer electronics, semiconductors, shipbuilding, automotive, retail, and chemical. Additionally, BH was a dedicated life science consultant in Seoul, leading diversified strategy and commercial projects for life science firms, including pharmaceuticals, medical device companies, healthcare providers, and Korean pharma\/bio companies.
