Before that, Tony served in various roles at the University of Miami, where he oversaw business operations, compliance, academic services, sports medicine, marketing, ticket operations, development, strength and conditioning, human resources, video services, corporate relations, and legal and contractual matters. Additionally, he oversaw various programs, including football, men\u2019s basketball, baseball, and track. Tony began his career in compliance and served as President of the National Association of Athletic Compliance (NAAC).<\/p>\n<p>Tony has served on ten NCAA committees or cabinets, including three years as Chair of the Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee, and on many conference-level committees, including NCAA Amateurism Cabinet, ACC Finance Committee, Division-1 Athletic Directors Compliance Task Force, NCAA Academics\/Eligibility\/ Compliance Cabinet, ACC Constitution and Bylaws Committee, and Chair of NCAA Initial-Eligibility Waivers Sub-Committee. Tony holds a business degree in finance and a law degree from the University of Miami.
