Previously, she worked at Madewell, where she drove brand awareness efforts by building an influencer program, developing and executing communication strategies, and orchestrating marketing events across the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah earned a master\u2019s degree in industrial\/organizational psychology from New York University and a bachelor&#8217;s degree in psychology with a minor in international studies from the University of Miami.
