She is a seasoned veteran at the intersection of government affairs, video games, technology, and innovation. Her expertise and network make her a sought-after resource for blue-chip companies, NGOs, nonprofits, cities, nation-states, and federal agencies looking to navigate this high-growth space and achieve their business goals.<\/p>\n<p>Before her career in executive search, DJ held positions at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), GlassLab\/LRNG\u2014a joint venture between Electronic Arts and the MacArthur Foundation, Events DC as Head of Esports, and the nonprofit organization Games for Change.
