She is recognized for placing transformative leaders in engineering-intensive, highly regulated, and innovation-driven environments. Her work spans senior roles in operations, engineering, product, supply chain, and compliance, helping organizations accelerate growth, navigate transformation, and create enterprise value.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining DHR, Ginny was Managing Partner of a retained search and consulting firm serving venture and private equity investors in industrial technology. She also served as Head of Talent for a holdings company platform of high-growth energy and infrastructure businesses, giving her a first-hand operator\u2019s perspective on scaling organizations. This background allows her to align leadership decisions with business outcomes, providing clients with a pragmatic and strategic approach to talent.<\/p>\n<p>Ginny earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in sociology and English from the University of Georgia.
