She holds multiple certifications, including being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Confidence Coach (CCC) from the American Confidence Institute (ACI). \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles, including Co-President of a prominent management consulting firm, Practice Director at a boutique executive search firm, and Division Director at a national recruiting firm.\u00a0 She was identified as a \u201cWoman to Watch\u201d and awarded the prestigious honor of\u00a0 \u201cForty under Forty\u201d designation for her work. Additionally, she has spent 16 years as an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the State University of New York.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her professional career, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She is a dedicated mentor at 1909, a West Palm Beach technology incubator supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners.
