He brings a deep understanding of the private equity landscape, developed through years of working directly with senior partners and operating leaders across the investment lifecycle. <span data-teams=\"true\">His expertise spans a range of industries, including energy, renewables, oil and gas, industrial services, diversified manufacturing, construction, automotive, and financial services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Before joining DHR, Tony held progressively senior leadership roles, including serving as Vice President and <span data-teams=\"true\">Senior <\/span>Managing Partner at a national talent solutions firm, where he led the firm\u2019s executive search practice. He also served as Associate Director at a boutique executive search firm focused on legal, life sciences, and oil and gas, and as Principal at one of the world\u2019s largest executive search and organizational consulting firms.
