He specializes in human resources (HR) leadership and broader corporate functions, with a track record of placing senior executives across HR, finance, operations, general management, and board-level positions.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining DHR, Nick was Practice Director of HR Search at a global consulting firm, where he established and expanded the firm\u2019s HR search practice. He also served as Managing Director of Executive Search at the same firm, guiding clients across finance, technology, operations, human resources, and sales throughout Japan and Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked in executive search and recruitment firms across the Asia-Pacific region, beginning in the electronics sector before focusing on HR and corporate services.<\/p>\n<p>Nick\u2019s deep understanding of Japanese business culture, combined with a global perspective, enables him to identify leaders who can thrive in complex, multinational environments.
