She also has a search specialty in CIO, CISO, Chief Data Officer, Chief Research Officer and other technical executives for leading academic and academic medical institutions.<\/p>\n<p>With a robust background in engineering and strategy consulting, Kathryn\u2019s expertise in recruiting strong leaders in disruptive industries sets her apart from other executive search consultants in Silicon Valley. Prior to headhunting in Silicon Valley, she worked in software product marketing at Siebel Systems (now Oracle), strategy consulting at Accenture and engineering at GTE (now Verizon) and Motorola.<\/p>\n<p>A passionate advocate for diversity, Kathryn founded a Silicon Valley nonprofit for women in technology and works with clients on increasing diversity in technology.
