The organization had been putting forth strong efforts to hire People of Color, but it was not having enough success. All the candidates met the client\u2019s desired criteria, offering relevant experience from competitors or industries that had transferable skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Speed: <\/em>Today\u2019s employment market requires speed to secure the best talent, and our team hit the ground running. After discovering that the client\u2019s process would not support the necessary pace, we helped them to streamline their process, including adding the use of technology to interface quickly with the right candidates. This not only allowed them to move faster, but also created an excellent candidate experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Communication: <\/em>By listening to what was important to the candidates, explaining how the role would align to those expectations, and consistently communicating with them throughout the entire process, our team kept the candidates engaged and interested in the opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"result\">Result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Within 90 days, we placed five outstanding professionals at the company with another nine candidates going through the process. Impressed with the quality of professionals that we were able to bring them in a short timeframe, the client has engaged us to work across the organization supporting three additional verticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They not only appreciated our results, but how we communicated with them, partnered with them to improve their internal process, and earned their trust along the way.
