Under her leadership, DHR has strengthened its global footprint and elevated its reputation as a trusted partner in executive search and talent advisory. Taneja\u2019s human resources background brings a unique lens to the CEO role, reflected in DHR\u2019s recognition on <em>Inc.\u2019s Best Places to Work\u00a0<\/em>list<em>\u00a0<\/em>for four consecutive years. The firm has also been recognized on\u00a0<em>Forbes\u2019 America\u2019s Best Executive Recruiting Firms<\/em>\u00a0list for nearly a decade and to\u00a0<em>Newsweek\u2019s Excellence 1000 Index<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to DHR, Taneja worked in human resources at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized academic medical center. She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree from Northern Illinois University and completed the Finance for Executives Program at Northwestern University\u2019s Kellogg School of Management.<\/p>\n<p>Taneja was recognized with a 2025 Stevie Award for Women in Business in the Female Executive of the Year category and the 2025 TITAN Women in Business: Outstanding CEO Award. She has been featured in <em>Forbes, Crain\u2019s Chicago Business<\/em>, and the <em>Austin Business Journal<\/em>. She serves on the Advisory Council of Saint Louise House, a nonprofit supporting women and children transitioning out of homelessness, and is a member of the Young Presidents\u2019 Organization (YPO), a global leadership community of chief executives.
