Morgan. At JPM, she was responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent in the Private and Commercial Banking organizations. She also helped create a new Commercial Bank Analyst\/Associate Treasury Services program to retain rising leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Katie was born and raised in small-town Minnesota, with limited interest in sitting on a frozen lake with her dad all winter, she developed quite an affinity towards indoor cold weather entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>She moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University and graduated with a B.A. in Communications. She has been involved in DePaul\u2019s Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) Network, where she connected with recent college grads on career insights.
