He completed numerous mid- to senior-level assignments in the Midwest and Eastern regions of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Ben focuses his recruitment efforts in the financial officers space on a global basis. He has completed searches for chief financial officers and their subsequent teams across accounting, audit, corporate development, financial planning &amp; analysis (fp&amp;a), investor relations, tax, and treasury positions.\u00a0 He is frequently called upon to build out functional teams as part of an acquisition or when a new CFO is building out a team.\u00a0\u00a0 As a functional expert he works across all industries and his clients range from small private equity\/ venture backed companies to Fortune 500 companies.<\/p>\n<p>He has a wide-ranging network of contacts from the CFO to director levels, which enables him to quickly develop a candidate pool anywhere in the country. He takes pride in creating a true partnership with his clients via open, honest communication and sense of urgency to find the best talent.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to transitioning into the search industry, Ben worked for Bank of America as a credit analyst and as a commercial banker with Fifth Third Bank in Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>A Michigan native, Ben attended Albion College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish while playing for the men\u2019s soccer team.
