Working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as other public and private businesses, he and his team take pride in bringing people who make a difference to their clients.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, Rich has worked with executives and boards to find key people for positions internationally, which has contributed to his in-depth understanding of various cultures. He is particularly adept at understanding his clients\u2019 business needs and the challenges and opportunities they face in today\u2019s market.<\/p>\n<p>Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from Duke University and resides in Wilmington, N.C.
